Shipping and Returns 
Delivery:

We aim to dispatch goods within one working day of cleared payment. However, if stock is short replacements can extend this period by a further 2-3 working days in normal circumstances. Our standard carrier will then delivery to you some time next day. We are unable to give a time and they would normally expect a signature upon receipt. If you are not sure someone will be into take delivery please give us instructions at the time of placing your order. Please phone on 020 8644 2700 or e-mail on sales@commplant.com if your requirement is urgent before completing your online transaction.
Carriage Charges to United Kingdom mainland only:
Orders with a goods value of under £50 carriage is charged at £8.50
Orders with a goods value between £51 and £99 carriage is charged at £6.00
Orders with
a goods value between £100 and £149 carriage is charged at £4.00
Orders with a goods value over £150 carriage free.
Following post code regions have £22 minimum carriage AB,DD,IV,KW,PA20-78,PH + UK islands and the Channel Isles
Eire and Northern Ireland - Minimum order value £50.00 maximum order value £300.00 carriage charge is a minimum of £30. We reserve the right to amend these charges where consignements are larger or heavier than normal.


PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HEAVY ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO SPECIAL CARRIAGE CHARGES. THESE WILL BE CLEARLY SHOWN


Returns:
Any goods received in a damaged or faulty condition may be returned using ONLY the following procedure:-

1) Written request must be received by us no later than 3 days from receipt of order.
 

2) We will then issue you with a returns note number.

3) You must package goods in original product boxes if possible and make safe for transit.

4) We will arrange for collection of goods at our expense.

5) Once we have inspected the goods if the fault is with us or the manufacturer a full credit will be raised.

We regret that we are unable to give any credit unless the
above procedure is followed.
